The remote controller is connected to processor through the 9 pin D-sub connector on the rear panel of the processor. The control signal is transmitted through standard RS-232 port. The maximum transmission distance is 300 m (1000 ft).
By connecting remote controller to the processor, the processor can be operated
through the controller just like operating the processor through the front panel with all the corresponding buttons and control functions.
